When I first started blogging (I say this as if it’s been more than a hot second) I was OBSESSED with taking blogging courses and reading eBooks. I wanted to learn as much as I could about blogging to make sure that I could get the ball rolling right away.

Blogging Courses and eBooks every Blogger should invest in
This post most likely contains affiliate links, which means I will make a small commission, at no cost to you, if you make a purchase through a link. I only recommend products I use and love.

Ready, Set, Blog for Traffic

This is the very first blogging course I ever took. It’s an awesome course to help you build a strong foundation to start driving traffic from day one. This course talks about SEO, how to write good posts, Pinterest and more. It focuses on helping you start gaining traffic that is really engaged with your content. Having an engaged audience is vital for making sales. If your audience doesn’t trust or connect with you they won’t buy the products you sell or recommend.

This course is definitely geared towards beginners but I think that even advanced bloggers can get some new and useful information from this course.

Some things you get with this course are:

  • Email templates to send
  • 240+ Pinterest group boards
  • How to guest blog
  • and more!

Check it out here!!

Boost Your Traffic eBook

This eBook is only $25 and comes with over 100 pages of actionable steps and strategies to help you boost your traffic. My favorite part about this ebook is that it came with strategies and information for a variety of different social media platforms. I find that most blogging courses and ebooks really just focus on Pinterest but this one gives you strategies for sites like Facebook and even Stumbleupon!

It also comes with some awesome bonuses!

  • 2 Free months with Tailwind ($30 value)
  • A checklist of 100 places to promote your blog
  • Over 100 Facebook Promo groups for you to join

Pinterest Ninja

Pinterest Ninja is an extremely detailed ebook all about Pinterest. It covers everything from pin creation to affiliate marketing. One of my favorite parts of this product is that it includes actionable strategies for both manual and scheduled pinning. So, if you’re someone who can’t afford tailwind or just isn’t quite ready to make the investment yet, this book does not leave you out like a lot of the other Pinterest blogging courses do!

Affiliate Marketing Training Bundle

This bundle is an eBook and affiliate program master list all for $57. The ebook gives you a step by step plan to start making money through affiliate marketing fast! My personal favorite part of this book is it gives you loads of different ideas on how to promote your affiliate links. So, after reading this book not only did I come away with a better understanding of how to properly utilize affiliate marketing, but I also came out with heaps of new content for my blog!

How to Make Your First Affiliate Sale in 24 Hours

While this course does not cover as many details as the affiliate marketing bundle does it does give you a step by step strategy which I think is what makes it awesome. Elise explains her exact strategy on how she made her first affiliate sale using ONLY PINTEREST!! You don’t even need a blog! This is an awesome read I definitely recommend it!

Pinterest Strategies

This ebook is SUCH an amazing investment. I cannot recommend it enough. Unlike nearly every other Pinterest strategy course/eBook out there, this eBook focuses solely on manual pinning. Carly walks you through her process of getting hundreds of thousands of page views every month without using a scheduler. The information in this book is so valuable and I have not seen it anywhere else!! I highly, highly recommend it!

This is such a good resource for people who are trying to get their blog up and going. It is also good for those that are feeling blah about no income.

I’m really interested in the first course you took. I love the idea of all of those Pinterest group boards. It’s my largest social media site and I try to focus a lot of my blog posts on engaging posts that will do well on Pinterest. Pinterest strategies would be another option I need to check out as well.

I’ve not taken any blogging courses or read any books, but I keep wondering if I should in case I’m missing something important! Will check out some of your recommendations…
